Phaedra (VTR)
Phaedra was one of the Kindred, and sister to Miranda Corliss (whether biological or not is unknown, particularly as Corliss had called her sire "father"). An ambitious woman, Phaedra plotted to seize power from her sire the Prince, much to Corliss's fury.
When Corliss let in one of the Striges to stop Phaedra, the Owl used her body to wreak havoc, including nearly causing the Prince's death. Phaedra promptly used that opportunity to maneuver herself into power.
