Philandros
Philandros was the harbormaster of Rhodes during the time of the Web of Seven. Barred from the navy by a club foot, he nonetheless did what he could to aid it. A superstitious man, he utilized a ritual that called for his crutch and the blood of a chicken. Any time he failed to perform the ritual, disaster struck the unsanctified ship.
