Psiad

A psiad (also referred to as a psych) is a psychomorph who obtained the ability to manipulate noetic energy without the aid of a Prometheus Chamber. Instead, the psiad undergoes a process similar but fundamentally differing from eruption—they gradually become more and more attuned to reality until something "clicks", and their latent powers manifest.

Psiads may manifest the powers of psychokinesis, vitakinesis, electrokinesis, telepathy, clairsentience, and biokinesis with relative ease, and teleportation in a limited manner. Quantakinesis, however, is beyond the reach of psiads—humans are too limited evolutionary-wise to use psi in such a complex manner without the aid of some other entity.
