Pylon

A pylon is the equivalent of a cabal used by the Seers of the Throne. Like a cabal, a pylon may be large or small, composed of a mix of Seers from different Ministries or only from one, and share a common purpose. However, unlike cabals, pylons are not usually formed out of any desire for camaraderie or mutual aid; they are strictly functional units of ground troops for the Exarchs, and the ruthless internal politics of the Seers often leads to strife within a pylon or between rival pylons in the same area.
