Randall Delacroix
Randall Delacroix, once a Ventrue Ancilla appointed as Prince of Saskatchewan by the Camarilla, found himself disillusioned and abandoned during the Northwest Rebellion of 1885. Tasked with defending supply routes against Sabbat interference, Delacroix sought aid from neighboring Camarilla domains in Alberta and British Columbia but received none. Feeling betrayed, he embraced the cause of the Anarchs.
Rejecting his allegiance to the Ivory Tower, Delacroix declared himself Baron of Saskatchewan and claimed dominion over the Canadian railways connecting the east and west. He justified his actions by highlighting his success in preventing Sabbat infiltration, as instructed by the Camarilla.
Under Delacroix's leadership, Saskatchewan became a sanctuary for Kindred opposing the Camarilla, fostering an atmosphere of hospitality and cooperation with various anathema groups. The Baron's territory along the railways became a hub for clandestine meetings and anti-sect planning.
Delacroix and his Anarch followers utilized the railways to exert pressure on Camarilla domains across Canada, engaging in subversive activities and territorial disputes. This approach challenged traditional notions of praxis based on geographical boundaries.
Baron Randall Delacroix is a pivotal figure in the Canadian Anarch Movement, leading Saskatchewan's defiance against the Camarilla and redefining the boundaries of Kindred influence in the region.
