The Red Dragon is a restaurant in LA's Chinatown. The main restaurant is closed at night, but the bar remains open late.
The dining area has a large dragon statue near the entrance, with the area divided into several sections by a large aquarium.
The bar is to the left of the entrance, and to the right is a hostess podium. The podium contains a button which provides access to a hidden elevator on the right wall; the elevator takes one to the second floor, where one can meet with the restaurant's influential owner, Wong Ho.
Aside from a waiting area just outside the elevator, the second floor contains a couple of offices and a conference room.

Background Information
- After opening the elevator door, the Red Dragon hostess will walk away from her podium and towards the bar. She'll start one of three phone conversations you can overhear, each of which has has a Malkavian-specific variant.
