Richmond (WOD)
Richmond, is the capital of the state of Virginia and the location of Dr. Charles Reid's lab.
Overview
The local university oversees the training of many Progenitors initiates, while in the Chapel Hill neighborhood a Pharmacopeist drug lab overseen by Dr. Burns and Chain distribute street drugs.
In 1989, Andrew Greene moved to Richmond to study under Dr. Reid and may have lived to regret it.
