Roars Like Thunder

Roars Like Thunder is a Mokolé Homid.

Biography

Over 100 years old, Roars-Like-Thunder has long been an ally to the Black Furies of the Amazon Basin and has undergone initiation into the tribe. Naturally, as the War for the rainforests began and the Amazons were drawn in, she joined the battle and has served as a vicious foe of the Wyrm.

Roars-Like-Thunder is much more social toward people and Garou than others of her species, and her racial memory of times past allows her to look at matters with a tempered perspective; among the Black Furies, she is considered a Philodox because of her wisdom and insight. This does not mean she is averse to conflict, only that she is good at resolving problems by whatever means necessary. If battle is the only way, she joins in with ferocity. Many is the foe whose final sight has been the roaring descent of this winged behemoth.

In Homid form, Roars-Like-Thunder is a tall, beautiful woman: lanky and fast, with a dancer's grace. She is usually clad in traditional Black Fury garb, as she is an accepted member of the tribe. In Archid form, she becomes a saurian bird, huge and fearsome, with a serpentine neck and a beak large enough to snap a man in two.
