Duchess Rowhenne,

the Lady General of the Forces, acts as the representative of House Balor to the armies of the Shadow Court. Her expertise in dealing with the warriors of Ailil and Leanhaun (such as they are) ensures the cohesion of the Unseelie army. Besides her tactical genius, she excels in the communication skills that enable her to keep House Balor's Unseelie allies from discovering the house's deeper motives and hidden plans. Do not let her outward charm lull you into assuming she lacks the iron-hard discipline of the house's other war leaders, and do not, under any circumstances, engage her in a "friendly" duel unless you seek a quick end of your life.
