Ruslan

Ruslan is the mad Autumn King of a freehold debating the use of the Children's Contract.

Overview

An incredibly powerful man, Ruslan has long since forgotten how to use that power. In his age, he has begun to lose hold of his Clarity, to the point of even forgetting, at times, who he is. A diagnosis of dementia would not be inaccurate. To the extent that he even understands it, the king is in favor of Red Wren's ritual.

King Ruslan is greatly respected by his subordinates in the Autumn Court, both because of his terrifying mien and because of his experience as a changeling, but they nonetheless understand that they must act around him for things to get done.
