Ryan McCulloch

Ryan McCulloch is a young Garou Cub who has only recently experienced his First Change; born in the United States to Sean McCulloch and Clarissa McCoullogh, Ryan is a rare and almost Pure Breed descendant of the original White Howler tribe whose bloodline has been left relatively untainted by the Wyrm.

Background Information

Ryan was meant to be the protagonist of the cancelled video game Werewolf: The Apocalypse - The Heart of Gaia, until the developer DreamForge Intertainment became defunct. Though he did appear in the archived prequel story The Heart of Gaia and in the sample "Rite of Passage" adventure in the Werewolf: The Apocalypse Free Introductory Kit. What becomes of him after this is not known.

Ryan is featured in the sample "Rite of Passage" adventure in the Werewolf: The Apocalypse Free Introductory Kit. The elders of the caern charge the newly changed players with tracking down Ryan. He will help the players fight off a pack of Black Spiral Dancers. It is then left up in the air if Ryan can be trusted after the fight and other options for a continuing story.

"Furthermore, they can get a good description of the werewolf they're hunting - a boy in his late teens, brown-haired, who wears a shirt marked "Black Dog" and becomes a white-furred werewolf."

"The characters' prey, Ryan, is a Ronin of the Black Spiral Dancers, who was never abducted into their tribe. He is a homid Ahroun, with the Advantage and Weakness that entails, but has no Tribal Aptitude or Totem."
