Salem is a coastal city in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in the United States of America.

Vampire: The Masquerade

It was disputed between the Sabbat and the Camarilla during the American Revolution. During modern times, it serves as home of a local Tremere Chantry.

Mage: The Ascension

Although the famous Salem Witch Trials did not actually involve the Verbena directly, the city has become a strong anchor for their mythic threads and a center where pagan folk gather. It's become a haven to the Tradition that allows them to hide true magic amidst the gross commercialism. Gallows Hill, where those accused of witchcraft were hanged, is a place of power for them.[1]

Wraith: the Oblivion

Salem is among the certain US core cities where the Piercers of the Veil have a chapter.[2]
