The Santa Monica blue blood is someone from the upper-class whose car broke down outside the Santa Monica Suites. He's disturbed by the unclean nature of the area in which he finds himself. He's married... to his job, and he also has a wife.
Background Information
- The blue blood exists as an early target for various conversation options: he can be persuaded to give the PC money, or intimidated into handing over his watch. He can also be Dominated into walking into a nearby alley as a source of blood. Due to his upper-class nature, he's able to be fed on by Ventrue, as an alternative to the homeless man encountered moments earlier.
