Seçil

Seçil was said to be an eyeless spectre that wandered the Tower of London in Victorian times. Rumor held that she would inflict a sickness on her victims such that they would die, coughing up blood, by the morning. She was known to spare young women who begged clemency.

Speculation

Given the power in question, it is possible that Seçil was one of the Morbus, a bloodline of Mekhet that inflicted illness upon their victims and fed on the blood of the diseased.
