Shadow (CTL)

Shadow is a Spring courtier and Pearl Satrap in a freehold contemplating the use of the Children's Contract.

Overview

A firm believer in the ideal that anything can be bought and sold, Shadow will offer a mark anything they desire, so long as they can pay his price. The Satrap does not support the Children’s Contract. However, he also does not care enough to do anything about it. Whatever side will net him a deal is where he will go.
