A permanent market in the Dreaming, the freehold has many entrances in side streets and tucked-away shops all over London, and boasts many exotic goods from far-flung corners of the Dreaming. Accorded neutral territory, one might even find Gallain or Hsien here, browsing wares or hawking goods.
