Syntyche
Syntyche was a changeling who lived in the third century BC. She was married to an Ephesian innkeeper by the name of Eirenaios, who knew of the entirety of her story. The woman was described as being made of stone.
Speculation
Among the likely possible kiths that fit "made of stone", Syntyche was potentially an Earthbones or Treasured. The latter is a better fit, as she was described as beautiful, as though carved from marble.
