Temperance League

The Temperance League is a group within House Dougal that "tempers" the runaway passions of some members of the House.

Overview

Considered one of the "boogie-men" organizations of House Dougal, the League's methods for tempering passions are supposed to be rather painful and direct. Its leader, the "Grand Master of Disaster," is a Redcap... one of two or three in the house. This redcap controls a number of the violent-minded and some Unseelie members of the House in every Duchy of every Kingdom. One word from the Grand Master of the Temperance League and all wrongs are righted. Since the League's mission, if they exist, includes Dougal education, they take orders from the House's Mentor... Baron Weyland. But he wouldn't do that, would he?
