Thetis

The woman known only as Director Thetis exists as the centerpoint to the mysterious Project Proteus. She initially proposed the Project to the Æon Council against the better judgment of Project Utopia Director Justin J. Laragione. To his surprise, they approved of her Thetis Proposal.

Thetis possesses the genetic predisposition to nova latency, however, she has not awakened, for some unknown reason.
