Thomas Manning

Thomas James Manning (1966-2007) was an illustrator and artist born in Pensacola, Florida. After receiving a BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute he moved to Chicago.

Manning died suddenly in July 2007 while visiting family in Nebraska. A memorial dedication to him was printed in Winter Masques that year.
