Tyrants (WTF)
Tyrant was a term for Neolithic Uratha who perceived Father Wolf's growing weakness and the increasing sense of wrongness in the Border Marches and responded by fleeing into the mortal world, frequently with little thought in mind but the satisfaction of their baser desires. Tyrants often seized control of Vinča settlements, which rapidly fell into ruin, were purged by Wise, or fell prey to other packs.
