Uncalled
Uncalled is a term for Demons that are either new to the Descent or who have chosen to abstain from joining an official Agenda.
Mechanically, being Uncalled is a Condition that inflicts Experience penalties. It can be resolved in a relative simple way - by joining one of the active Agendas.
