Veles Dubnov

Veles Dubnov is the spymaster of the Moon Court in a freehold whose treaty between Moon and Sun is under great strain.

Overview

A changeling with black eyes and black hair, little is known of Dubnov bar that in his mortal guise, he is a blackmailer, that he leads the local Moon Court's spies, and that Day spymaster Zoran Milchuk used his visage in a false flag operation meant to give the Queen of Morning a justification to break the treaty.

Speculation

Given that Milchuk, while wearing Dubnov's face, taunted Doco with “you can kiss my fuzzy tail”, the Moon courtier is likely a Beast of some sort.
