Vitalja (CTL)
Vitalja is a Courtless Darkling in a freehold contemplating the use of the Children's Contract. A new face in the freehold, Vitalja's loyalty could go any which way. She generally disdains the notion of the ritual, but is willing to go along with it if it is necessary.
