Whippoorwill is a bane of cunning that acts as a totem for the Black Spiral Dancers.

Overview

The Whippoorwill is a nocturnal bird of North America. The Bane-totem which took its form is much larger in size, but appears very rarely.

Traits

The Whippoorwill allows its pack members to imitate the calls of all known species of birds. Bastards of Whippoorwill do not necessarily have to howl to signal their pack members. Instead, they're capable of using variations of bird songs. All the followers of Whippoorwill gain an additional two dice for any Perception rolls that involve spotting enemies at night.

Ban

Whippoorwill demands a moot in its honor twice a year. Bastards of Whippoorwill are banned from harming any bird.
