Biography

Taken at the early age of eleven in the 1980s, Wild Sam’s Durance was one of grand adventures, sleepovers, and sweets, for his Keeper was as childlike as Sam himself. Sam stopped aging during his Durance, both physically and developmentally. Eventually, the Other threw Sam away, growing bored as the True Fae always do. The child appeared in the backyard of his own home, seven years after his abduction. When Sam’s mother was incapable of accepting his reappearance, the Winter Court guided the boy away, and Sam decided to remain a child forever.
After entering a freehold, Sam joined the Summer Court, and his Mantle rapidly grew in potence, granting him Kingship within months. Twenty years later, and Wild Sam, still a child, remains ruler.
Appearance
Both the Boy King’s Mask and the face beneath it appear as a freckled eleven year old with wild red hair and blue eyes. One of the only differences beneath the Mask is the disconcerting lack of a shadow.
