Background:
Agent Stone was brought into Philadelphia as part of a special FBI task force to quell the rash of violence in the city. Similar task forces have been successfully implemented in Chicago and Washington D.C. Stone is a double agent planted among the local FBI by TF:V to force a resolution to the werewolf problem. His superiors have passed down the impossible task to end all lycanthrope activity within the city boundaries. Whether that involves relocation or genocide depends entirely on the disposition of the wolves, he's told.
So far, Agent Stone is gathering the lay of the lists, putting together a who's who and compiling lists of potential allies, liabilities and other contingencies. Between the Fairmount Conservatory and the situation in North Philadelphia, things are only getting worse. That's not to mention the etheric activity in the city is like nothing he's ever seen. It's literally flooded with malevolent etheric ENEs.
Wilson - Will to friends - doesn't like where this is going one bit. Regardless, the brass is looking to aggressively push forward with their agenda. Particularly R&D seems excited about something they're putting together right now and have contacted him about a potential test run within city limits. No, Wilson doesn't like this at all, he took this job to serve and protect not for... not for this.
Appearance:
Agent Stone is emblematic of an old-school spook. He wears the stereotypical uniform: black pressed suit, black tie, white shirt, and mirror sunglasses. He's developed flecks of early gray at his temples and looks haggard when he's not standing at attention. The job is wearing on him and not in a way that he could ever anticipate. Every day proves harder to not wear it on his sleeve.
