Winters

Winters is a Tremere elder who brought a centuries-old journal to London for an important meeting. He kept he journal, along with a fake replica and many other rare books, in his penthouse in the Shard. While the penthouse and the vault were warded against the interference of other vampires, these wards did not prevent Jane from infiltrating the penthouse and stealing the journal.
