Name

Asplenium trichomanes subsp. coriaceifolium Rasbach, K.Rasbach, Reichst. & Bennert, Willdenowia 19(2): 471 (1990).

  • Typus: Spain, Baleares, Mallorca: S of Sóller, on both sides of the trail that begins above the churchyard and leads to the nearby hill called "Puig d' En Barrera" (also named "Ses Tres Creus"), in dry limestone walls and crevices of limestone rocks in open situation only partly shaded by trees, ca. 130-170 m. Collected 19.10.1986, pressed 8.3.1989 after cultivation in Bochum, W. Bennert SIJ45/86 (Holotype: B; isotype (single fronds, pressed 10 Dec 1988): BM, FI, Z).
