Chiasmocleis carvalhoi (Nelson, 1975)
- Holotype: MZUSP 36429, adult ♂, collected by Borys Malkin between 15 and 22 May 1966.
- Type locality: “Rio Ampi-Yacú (=Amphiyacú), Estirón, Loreta [=Loreto], Peru”.
