Usage notes
This form is recommended by the Uġġagrakan ew terminabanakan teġekatu, but it appears to be a hypercorrection of Տենեդոս (Tenedos), assuming that Russian Тене́дос (Tenédos) has obscured the Greek θ (th). However, the Ancient Greek original is spelled with a τ (t), Τένεδος (Ténedos), and Տենեդոս (Tenedos) is its correct transliteration.
