Sino-Vietnamese word from 正寫, composed of 正 (“correct; Traditional Chinese”) and 寫 (“to write”), from Chinese 正寫/正写 (zhèngxiě, “to write Traditional Chinese”). Compare Japanese 正写 (seisha, “certification of authenticity”) and Japanese 正写し (shōutsushi).
