пискарь
Russian
Etymology
Probably from Proto-Indo-European *péyskos (fish). Whence Proto-Slavic root is *pīskàti + *-ořь. Note also that Slovak apparently more recently formed piskor to mean the “common shrew” and the “mouthpiece of a pipe”.
