  2. to speak indistinctly through having one or more front teeth missing
  3. to leak out (of information, secrets, etc.)
  4. (Malaysia, Singapore, of food, especially biscuits) to become stale or soft
    餅乾漏風饼干漏风  ―  Bǐnggān lòufēng le.  ―  The biscuits have gone soft.
