Etymology

Literally, "absolute territory".

Thought to be popularized in 2001 by Mukei (夢蛍, username), the creator of the Ukagaka (伺か) desktop mascot Digital Witch Mayura (何かWizまゆら), while Mukei believes it was first used by MIY (username), the creator of the Ukagaka desktop mascot Seriko (せりこ).
