    From Akkadian 𒀀𒇉𒈦𒄘𒃼 (ÍDIdiqlat) , from Sumerian 𒀀𒇉𒈦𒄘𒃼 (ÍDIdigna, ÍDIdigina, literally fast as an arrow). Influenced by 𐬙𐬌𐬖𐬭𐬌 (tiγri, literally arrow) through folk etymology.[1]
