Bogoliubov transformation (plural Bogoliubov transformations)

  1. (physics) An isomorphism of either the canonical commutation relation algebra or canonical anticommutation relation algebra. It is often used to diagonalize Hamiltonians, which yields the stationary solutions of the corresponding Schrödinger equation.
