    Die Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung (GoB) sind teils geschriebene, teils auch ungeschriebene Regeln zur Buchführung und Bilanzierung, die sich vor allem aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaftspraxis, der Rechtsprechung sowie Empfehlungen von Wirtschaftsverbänden und dem Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer zusammensetzen.
    The Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GoB) are partly written and partly unwritten rules for bookkeeping and accounting, which are mainly composed of science and business practice, case law and recommendations from business associations and the Institute of Public Auditors.
