      No less remarkable, however, is Article 2 under which it was stipulated that the jurisdiction of the newly-renamed Uldo County should extend not only to the island of Ulleungdo and Jukdo, but also to Seokdo. Jukdo, here, refers to today’s Jukdo (Jukseo), and the entire of Ulleung, namely, Ulleungdo and its adjoining islets and rocks.
