Termin m (strong, genitive Termines or Termins, plural Termine)

  1. date (day on which a certain event takes place)
  2. deadline (date on or before which something must be completed)
  3. delivery date (day on which something is scheduled to arrive at the delivery address)
  4. appointment, engagement (pre-arranged meeting or call between people, typically for work)
    Herr Müller ist aktuell in einem Termin.
    Mr. Müller is currently busy with an appointment.
  5. (sports) fixture (scheduled match)
  6. (law) hearing (legal procedure done before a judge, without a jury)
