- (colloquial) to speak, write, or act in a way that's intellectually messy or lacking in meaning(ful content); to talk nonsense, to be dopey

- Vi måste sluta flumma runt och bli seriösa
- We have to stop messing around and get serious
- (slang, often with på to specify a drug) to be high on drugs (that induce such a state)
