By surface analysis, racka + bajsa (“poop”) + -are (“-er”) ("rackapooper"), where racka has no obvious meaning. According to the forum discussion linked in the references, said by language coach Jens Bagge to be from German Rachenbeisser (“throat biter”) (= Rachen + Beißer).
