Even supps like Oracle and SD build it more to be able to hide and then jump to save carry afaik. Blink can be used to disengage, but I don't think that's ever the primary explicit goal of the hero building it.

- Nah supps were garbage in S1 unless you have short term memory. Dps were overturned due to the passive and they had to buff a few supps (remember the +5 mercy pistol bullets?) and remove the dps passive because of how strong it was. Although I agree that support is definitely the strongest role now.
