The tag landuse= can be used to map an area that is used to keep animals, particularly horses and livestock.
How to map
Draw the area where the animals are kept and apply the tag landuse= to it.
Besides the main tag landuse= the following sub-tags can be used for further refinement:
animal_keeping=*<animal>, where <animal> means the name of the animal (English singular form). If more than one species is kept, provide a semi-colon-separated list, e.g.animal_keeping=sheep;cow.animal_keeping:type=*=open_stable/paddock/...
