On some camp-sites tagged tourism=camp_site it is possible to rent pitches on a yearly or seasonal basis.

This is very common in Germany, where some sites do not even allow short term customers at all.

To reflect this a tourism=camp_site, tourism=caravan_site or tourism=camp_pitch can be tagged with:

  • =yes - permanent camping is possible
  • =no - permanent camping is not possible
  • =only - only permanent camping is allowed

If a site tagged =yes or =only is for members only, it it also recommended to add

access=private
