A residential building on a farm - 
farmhouse.
You can use as well just building=house, but in some countries farmhouse have distinct features and therefore this tag is preferred.
How to map
Draw as an area along the building outline. In cases where it is impossible one may set a node instead. Tag it with building=farm.
