A doctor's office is a place you can go to get medical attention or a check up from a physician; also known as a 
Doctor's surgery in the UK. This feature is often tagged amenity=doctors, but healthcare= may be used in addition.
How to map
Use the tag healthcare= on a node placed at the centrepoint of the building, or on a closed way (area) drawn around the perimeter of the building. The more common tag amenity=doctors is almost always added as well.
