Tartan Track is a trademarked all-weather synthetic track surfacing made of polyurethane used for track and field competitions. Although Tartan is a trademark, it is used as a generic term due to its widespread usage.

Other well-known brand names include Rekortan or Mondotrack, use this tag for them as well.
