- The Mekhet archaeologist Oman Ayhan discovers seven scrolls written on in a dark red ink theorized to be blood in a hidden urn in a mountain cave in Turkey. The scrolls contain the "The Book of the Tribulations of the Sons of Adam", a text that seems to imply that vampirism is the result of the coupling between Eve and the Serpent of the Garden and is regarded as holy by the Sons of the Serpent.[1]
