  • October 4: Israel stuns the world by declaring itself eretz hakodesh, or holy ground. The United Nations have called a special session to address the move. Although there is little actual violence, followers of beliefs other than Temple Judaism begin emigrating on a scale never before seen, many of them heading offworld.[2]
